Refund policy

Unopened packages may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund, less shipping. Prorated refunds for open/used products, within the same 30 day window, may be available as well. Returns are not accepted for custom engraved products.

Used, surplus and refurbished items are sold as is.  Returns may be discussed on a case by case basis

For all returns, please open a case using the "Contact Us" page. We will reach out for details including a request for pictures of the items, which will be used to calculate an estimated return value.
