UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, and USPS Express orders will ship same day if received by 11:00 AM on that day. Remaining orders (USPS Priority, USPS First Class, and UPS) may ship the following day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM on Saturday will ship on the following Monday.
NOTE: UPS does NOT generally deliver on Saturday. Next Day Air shipped on Friday or 2nd Day Air shipped on Thursday will both usually arrive the following Monday.
Packages confirmed to be delivered by the carrier, when supported by GPS delivery confirmation, are the responsibility of the customer when packages cannot be not located. When issues occur, contact your local carrier (USPS in most cases) for resolution options. LynkSpyder will assist whenever possible, but require a local law enforcement police report to get involved in a potential stolen package situation. For an additional charge, a signature confirmation requirement can be placed on your order.
All custom engraved options assume the customer owns and/or has the appropriate permission to commission LynkSpyder to reproduce the artwork provided. Said artwork may be modified due to the physical constraints of laser engraving on stainless steel.
